TRAVEL GRANTS FOR ICVS STUDENT MEMBERS
We are excited to announce the availability of travel grants exclusively for our student members. To ensure a fair and transparent application process, please take note of the following guidelines:
Eligibility Criteria:
- We will only accept applications from individuals who are entitled to ICVS student membership. Visit [www.ICVS.info] for details.
- Applicants must be the first author on a presentation.
- Individuals who have already received two ICVS symposium travel grants in their lifetime are not eligible for additional grants.
Application Process:
During abstract submission, a dedicated tick box will be provided for indicating interest in applying for a travel grant.

- You will be prompted to submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and
- a Letter of Justification, explaining why you would like to apply for the travel grant.
- This submission will be collected through a separate form. If you encounter any issues with the form or the process, please get in touch with Ana Rozman.
- We will also ask you to clearly state whether you are already receiving any other funding to attend the meeting.
- Your application will only be considered once all the supporting documentation has been uploaded so make sure to complete these steps promptly.
Important Notes:
- Only a limited amount of funding is available.
- Ensure accuracy in providing information, as eligibility will be verified against previous grant records.
- Grant recipients will be notified of the results in a timely manner.
- We encourage eligible student members to take advantage of this opportunity to support their participation in the ICVS symposium.
