How to register
Upon entering the registration portal, you will first be asked to create a new user account. If you have already set up an account whilst submitting your abstract please use it to sign into the registration portal. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an automatically generated summary to your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. The new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder).

Online credit card payments
Due to technical difficulties, online credit card payments are temporarily unavailable. We are actively working to resolve these issues. However, please note that we cannot provide a specific timeline as it is dependent on a third-party service provider. Rest assured, once the errors are resolved, you will be informed via email.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply. Current student members of ICVS are eligible for the student rate.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat (details below) in writing. All cancellation requests must include details about the bank account from which the payment at registration was made, and a reason for cancellation.
Cancellations received before May 25th, 2024 will be refunded in full, with an administrative fee of 50 EUR deducted.
The refund payments will be made after the conference. Cancellations received after 25th May, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

- Sightseeing of Ljubljana on Friday, July 5, 2024

- Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)
- All payments should have the notification "ICVS"
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
- VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee
Visa requirements
- Some attendees might require a visa to enter Slovenia
- The time for a visa request to be processed varies. To avoid any issues, it is important to start the procedure as early as possible.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Coffee breaks
Refreshments will be provided free of charge to conference badge holders during session breaks.
Lunches
Lunches are included in the registration fee.
Conference Identification Badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
